POLICY

No Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after the service has been completed and the customer has left the salon.

Acceptance of Service: By leaving the salon, you agree to and are satisfied with the service provided.

Repair Policy: If the customer is not satisfied, the salon will repair the service (within 24-48 hours) or provide a 7-day warranty for the gel/dip powder.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If there is a problem, the customer should immediately inform the manager or technician before payment.
